NeuroPal Kids is a UK-based business developing digital learning tools for children, especially those with neuro-divergent needs.

Children under 13 must have permission from a parent, guardian, or school representative to use the platform.

NeuroPal Kids offers free demo content during its beta/testing phase.

Future pricing and subscription models will be made clear before launch.

You may not copy, share, or record content for external use.

We aim for continuous access but do not guarantee uptime. We may update, remove, or suspend content as needed.

NeuroPal Kids supports learning but does not replace school or clinical intervention.

We are not liable for:

- Educational outcomes

- Downtime or tech failures

- Loss of data from misuse

Liability is limited to the amount paid, if any.

We do not provide messaging or chat functions. All content is age-appropriate.
